Other qualification requirements: (1) The supplier must have a valid business license and a valid safety production permit; (2) The supplier has a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; (3) The project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in municipal public works and a valid safety assessment certificate; (4) The project leader is registered and there is no record of ongoing construction.
