(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires online consultation, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Construction enterprises engaged in urban landscaping projects should hold valid business licenses; (3) The project leader of a landscaping construction enterprise must hold a "Quality and Safety Production Assessment Certificate for Project Leaders of Landscape Construction Enterprises" or an electronic information card for project leaders of landscaping engineering practitioners in Shanghai, and have an intermediate or higher professional title in landscaping; (4) Within the three years prior to the registration deadline, there is no record of any misconduct in government procurement activities;
