(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（1）符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；（2）未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单；
（3）须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织（本项目（不接受）分公司以自己名义参加采购活动）；
（4）具有市政公用工程施工总承包三级及以上资质；
（5）具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
（6）拟派项目负责人具有市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
（7）业绩要求：无；
（8）其他要求：无。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) It must be a legal entity or unincorporated organization established within China (this project (does not accept) branches can participate in the procurement activities under their own names); (2) Have a municipal public works construction general contracting qualification of level three or above; (3) Have a safety production license (valid within the validity period); (4) The project leader to be dispatched has a registered construction engineer qualification of level two or above in municipal public works, possesses a valid safety production assessment qualification certificate, and is not serving as the project leader of other ongoing construction projects. ...
